    We are seeking an experienced team member to make a difference in supporting our local residents based at our Oakleigh service. Ability to work independently with a small team of carers. 

    About the Role
    As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents and work alongside our care team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide personal care and emotional support to residents 
  • Assist with daily living: mobility, meals, social outings and clinical care 
  • Review care plans, report and observe changes 
  • Maintain dignity and privacy for all resdients 
  • Support Registered Nurses
