Overview

Ambu A/S is currently looking for a Personal Assistant to be based in Penang, Malaysia . This position is reporting to the Vice President of Operations and plays a critical and strategic role. A PA in this position acts as a tactical partner, helping the VP keep the entire company’s day-to-day operations running smoothly. As Operations covers logistics, supply chain, manufacturing and other internal workflows, the PA must understand the business's requirements in the big picture.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Calendar & Gatekeeping
  • High-Impact Scheduling: Manage a complex, constantly shifting calendar. You are prioritizing meetings based on the VP's goals and operational deadlines.
