Job Description

This job is a Personal Assistant to a director. You’ll help with daily tasks, support their work, and sometimes represent them.

  • Assist director on the daily admin works
  • Assist director on all the work related to director
  • Represent director for some of the company work

Job Requirements

  • Preferable : Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Mandarin
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Finance, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Candidates must be interested in the finanical planning field/have some PA experience is a better choice
  • Exposure in managing administrative tasks works
  • has decent computer skills (Microsoft Office and etc.)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and able to work as part of a team.
