Job Description
We are looking for a professional, reliable, and motivated Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to the manager. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, eager to learn, and able to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Manage emails, correspondence, and general administrative tasks.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and the manager's diary.
- Prepare and maintain basic reports, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Assist with general office administration and dayβtoβday operational tasks.
- Support the manager with occasional personal errands when required.
- Provide support with purchase orders (POs) and other administrative processes (training provided).
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
