Role OverviewWe are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director in daily business operations, client relationship management, meeting coordination, recruitment support, accounts coordination, and business growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities1. Director Support & CoordinationManage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, and calendar. Coordinate internal and external meetings. Prepare meeting agendas, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow-up actions. Handle calls, emails, and communication on behalf of the Director. Maintain confidentiality of business information. 2.
