WHAT WE NEED
Our team is seeking a Permitting Analyst to lead the front-end permitting strategy for commercial projects nationwide.
This role is responsible for defining the entitlement and permitting approach before design and submittals begin-ensuring project teams fully understand jurisdictional requirements, risks, timelines, and approval pathways upfront.
The Permitting Analyst will serve as the internal authority on AHJ research, zoning analysis, and permitting processes, guiding teams through complex and varied jurisdictional landscapes across the country. This individual will play a critical role in shaping project feasibility, schedule, and execution strategy.
