- 5 to 7 years of experience working in a real estate company
- With experience dealing with government agency or permit related experience/background
- With strong interpersonal/intrapersonal skills and high emotional intelligence

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To process and secure necessary permits and licenses to launch all new proposed developments.
- Complies with the governmental agency’s requirements and standard operating procedures.
- Ensuring legal and technical due diligence activities are completed and issues addressed.
