Role Purpose

This role is not the EPC’s “doer” of the PTW process/documentation; it is the Owner’s field assurance function—acting as the final signatory prior to the issuance of PTW document that will involve all electrical works in Phase 1, Phase 2 and Substation areas (e.g., electrical equipment/hardware troubleshooting, commissioning, testing) and electrical isolation.
