Job Description
Lead permit management as a Permit to Work Coordinator at Woodfibre LNG in Squamish, BC. Ensure safe operations and compliance with industry standards daily and during construction.
You will report to the Day Superintendent at Woodfibre Management Ltd. and act as the key liaison between Operations and authorities regarding permits. This role includes managing all documentation, conducting audits, and ensuring that safety measures are in place for operational success. Your efforts will play a crucial role in the safe operation of this LNG facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the electronic Permit to Work system
• Oversee daily issuance of permits and Lock Out Tag Out
• Ensure safety equipment is ready for work execution
• Conduct audits and engagement in risk management activities
