Responsibilities
- Leading the team to achieve Company’s objective and targets in terms of sales, profitability and service excellence.
- Meet annual sales budgets and profitability
- Control and monitor expenses
- Identify and evaluating new business opportunities
- Formulate business strategy & implementing business development and action plans
- Analysing, interpreting and benchmarking operations performances, business conditions and market dynamics
- Directing a team of sales professionals
- Implementing new initiatives in staff development to enhance the operations culture / standards of quality services delivered
- Develop annual Business Plan (including implementation of Key Deliverables)
- Manage implementation of plan
