- Provide technical recommendations to improve the quality of digital services.
- Prepare and develop Test Plans.
- Create and review performance testing scenarios.
- Develop performance testing and infrastructure testing scripts based on the approved test scenarios.
- Ensure all testing prerequisites are met, including testing environments, documentation, and other required preparations.
- Execute performance and infrastructure testing activities according to the established test scenarios.
- Document the testing process using Bank Indonesia's ADLM/Defect Management System.
- Evaluate and monitor testing results and findings in a detailed and comprehensive manner.
- Prepare progress reports and analyze the results of performance and infrastructure testing activities.
- Support other tasks related to the scope of digital service testing.
