Scope of the Job
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Performance & Social Growth Lead to lead all Paid Social initiatives. This role is responsible for scaling customer acquisition, improving ROAS, and driving sustainable growth through strategy, execution, creative testing, and optimization focused on all Social Media Platforms. The person in this role will own the social media channels end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive best-in-class performance and accelerate business growth.
Responsibilities
Meta Strategy & Leadership
- Design and execute a comprehensive paid social acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives, optimizing CAC, ROAS, and LTV across multiple platforms.
- Stay up to date on algorithm changes, platform updates, policies, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
