Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Functional Champions and Delivery Teams in developing and harmonizing KPIs and its definitons, formula, calculation by data sources, including targets, baselines, etc.
  • Prepare and facilitate business reviews and executive presentations covering deep-dive performance insights, market and competitor analysis, industry benchmarking, and other business-relevant information that will provide management a data-driven approach to growing GBS and ensuring its performance levels remain optimal globally. 
  • Develop training materials and facilitate workshops about KPIs and reporting to drive awareness about these topics and cultivate high-performing culture.
  • Conduct and facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure accuracy of all data reported in the dashboard. Manage defects and change requests to ensure dashboard is always updated and correct.
