Job Description
Position Overview: The Performance and Reliability Engineer supports technology systems’ performance and reliability to meet service level targets. The role involves collaborating with multiple teams to deploy continuous performance and capacity models, utilizing monitoring tools, and engaging in problem‑solving activities across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert and manage initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide guidance on key decisions.
- Develop and implement strategies for performance optimization and capacity planning.
- Monitor system performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing within the team to promote best practices.
