Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other performance channels
• Build and manage audiences, including first-party data, custom and lookalike audiences
• Own tracking, attribution and conversion measurement across the funnel
• Manage budgets against CPA, ROAS and liquidity contribution targets
• Run structured creative and landing page testing with design and content teams
• Navigate gambling advertising policies and certification requirements on each platform
• Deliver clear, data-led reporting on spend, acquisition and payback
