Job Description

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager who treats that as the fun part. This is not a role for someone who duplicates a winning ad set, watches CPL, and calls it optimisation. We judge campaigns on real business outcomes: deposit quality, true cost per acquisition, LTV, not vanity metrics. You'll own accounts end to end, make the call on where budget goes, and defend that call with numbers.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and scale paid social campaigns (primarily Meta) with full ownership of performance.
  • Diagnose accounts from first principles: find the real problem, not the obvious one, and fix the metric being optimised for.
  • Own the full tracking chain: Pixel, CAPI, GTM, GA4 CRM reconciliation and trust nothing you haven't verified.
  • Manage budget, scaling, creative testing, and account risk in a compliance-sensitive environment.
  • Report cleanly to clients and internally, in plain language backed by data.
