Job Description
What you will do
• Own customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid digital channels.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and
Google Ads.
• Manage and scale monthly advertising budgets of ₹50 Lakhs while maintaining efficiency
and profitability.
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, MER, CAC, CPA, CTR,
Conversion Rate, and Revenue.
• Build structured testing roadmaps across audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and
campaign strategies.
• Analyze customer journeys, conversion funnels, website performance, and attribution data
to identify growth opportunities.
• Creative briefing, you do not need to produce creatives, but you must know what converts
and brief accordingly
• Establish tracking standards, UTM taxonomy, attribution consistency between Meta,
checkout tool, Google analytics, and Shopify
• Build a creative testing framework with it...
