Role Overview
Maxima — parent company of Pro Standard — is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager based in our India office to be the operational backbone of our paid media program. You‘ll handle daily campaign QA, async overnight monitoring while the US team is offline, oversight of 1-2 Hands-on Specialists, and clean handoffs back to our US-based Director of Performance Marketing each morning.
This is the first line of defense for our paid program — catching issues before they ship, enforcing the rules the Director sets, and making sure the team in India runs cleanly without the Director needing to clean up daily.
Reports to: Director of Performance Marketing
Location: India · Office-Based
Working Hours: Standard IST daytime hours with 1-hour late-day overlap (~6-7pm IST) for daily Director sync
