About the Role Deploy Crafts is seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing Manager to lead video-driven demand generation campaigns across You Tube, Google Demand Gen, and Meta platforms. This role is ideal for someone who can combine creative thinking, video editing, AI-powered workflows, and performance marketing expertise to drive measurable business results.
Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across You Tube, Google Demand Gen, and Meta.
Create and edit video advertisements from concept to final delivery.
Use AI tools such as Sora, Runway, Higgsfield, Pika, and similar platforms to accelerate content production.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize key metrics including CPM, CPV, CAC, and ROAS.
