Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue. You will analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other ad networks.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics including CPI, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation to improve campaign effectiveness.
