We’re Hiring: Meta Ads Specialist (D2 C Growth Role)
We’re building Cidra, a fast-growing D2 C wellness brand, and looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist to scale our Facebook & Instagram campaigns.
If you understand conversions, not just clicks — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
- Build structured campaigns (CBO, ABO, scaling strategies)
- Analyze performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Test creatives, hooks & audiences continuously
- Identify bottlenecks in funnel (ads → landing → checkout)
✅ Who We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
- Experience with D2 C / e Commerce brands (must)
- Strong understanding of conversion campaigns
- Data-driven mindset (you rely on numbers, not guesses)
⚡ Bonus Points:
- Experience in health / wellness niche
- Familiar with Shopify & funnels
- Creative testing (UGC, reels, hooks)
