What you'll be doing
You will own the entire performance marketing engine, not just parts of it. Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping, You Tube) Take full responsibility for customer acquisition — from first click to final purchase Work closely with the creative team to test ad copies, videos, UGC, and landing pages Run continuous A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall ROI Track and optimize key metrics like ROAS, CAC, AOV, and LTV Set up and manage funnels, pixels, events, and trac...
