Requirements:

Major: Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related majors.

Job Description:

1. Support day-to-day Organization Development (OD) activities and projects.
2. Assist with Performance Management administration, reporting, and documentation.
3. Support organization structure updates, organization analysis, and employee data management.
4. Prepare, validate, and analyze HR data; develop reports and presentation materials.
5. Conduct benchmarking on HR and OD best practices across organizations.
6. Manage project documentation, approval processes, and HR system administration.
7. Support strategic HR initiatives such as Performance Management, Promotion, Gamification, National Talent Forum, Employee Engagement Survey (EES), Manpower Planning (MPP), and award/speaker event preparations.
