Job Description
**Job Purpose and Impact**
The Performance Enablement Lead is responsible for leading and enabling Continuous Improvement (CI) across Mill and Estate operations within a defined region. The role ensures disciplined CI governance, effective execution of improvement initiatives, capability development, and realization of measurable business value aligned with operational and strategic objectives.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Lead the implementation of Performance Enablement and Continuous Improvement (CI ) frameworks at regional level.
+ Act as the regional focal point for CI governance, cadence reviews, and performance dialogue.
+ Support Mills and Estates in identifying, prioritizing, and executing CI initiatives.
+ Drive consistent application of daily improvement Cycle and project improvement cycle practices.
