Job Description
Upstack Data is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist / Creator to produce high-converting video and static ads for paid social. This role focuses on turning raw footage into compelling ads for platforms like Meta and TikTok, while also designing static graphics.
The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in video and digital marketing, proficient in Adobe tools, and be able to work independently to drive creative projects from concept to delivery.
Compensation ranges from $2,500 to $3,500 per month with performance bonuses available.
