Your role is pivotal at the intersection of technology, data, and service delivery. You will advance the development of waste‑management IT systems, support online reporting tools for residents, and provide analytical insights that enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, upgrade, and maintain waste‑management IT systems, working closely with contractors, software providers, and internal teams to deliver robust, user‑friendly solutions.
• Design and maintain performance‑reporting frameworks, including Power BI dashboards, KPI monitoring, trend analysis, and service‑trend identification to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement.
• Lead system upgrades, software integrations, and liaise with third‑party providers to implement technical solutions.
