β’ Provide maintenance and support to the Client system in PeopleSoft.
β’ Technical support for Client configuration management for the new release.
β’ Operational support for Client production migration preparations.
β’ Technical support for Client Consultant Selection System Tier 2 tickets.
β’ Deliver ad hoc reports on user requests
β’ Design, monitor and enhance data conversion program.
β’ Perform impact analysis, design and development of the enhancements, and any developments of the Oracle PeopleSoft system using PT 8.50 & 8.54.
β’ Produce various documentations required as part of implementation.
β’ Ability to meet the timelines set by the support center on the change requests raised.
β’ Develop integration mechanisms between ELM and HR system.
β’ Support migration plan and procedures.
