Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through various sourcing channels and employer branding initiatives.

  • Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance management, employee relations, engagement, and offboarding.

  • Prepare and analyze recruitment and HR reports, dashboards, and people metrics to support decision-making.

  • Build strong relationships with universities, professional networks, and external partners to strengthen the talent pipeline.
