What you'll be doing
You will play a vital role in the People & Data Interfaces Squad within the People Experience and Platform unit, by developing and maintaining Power Apps tooling for HR processes, including organisational change and implementation. You will promote data products and provide actionable insights, ultimately contributing to optimised workforce management and strategic People initiatives.
Accountabilities include:
Build and enhance Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse).
Deliver data-driven insights that improve HR decision-making.
Automate and simplify processes to drive efficiency and better outcomes.
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and solve business challenges.
Communicate complex data through clear storytelling and actionable recommendations.
