Role Purpose
NCC Group are looking for an experienced People Systems Manager to join our team. The People Systems Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of the Workday platform and other minor HRIS platforms of NCC. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Workday HCM functional and the ability to drive a team of HCM analysts to achieve business goals and provide business value.
