Role Overview
The People Services ELC Sr. Specialist will be part of a newly established People Services team based in Kuala Lumpur, supporting the transition of selected activities across the organization. The team will deliver efficient, consistent, and virtual HR services on a global scale.
What You Will Do
- Project management
- Leadership management
- Operations management
- Support the People Services ELC Manager in transition activities
- Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate HR policies
