Position Overview: The People Services Education Lead 2 will design, develop, and deliver education series programs and materials for the PS Team, Global People Team, and internal stakeholders. The role involves training needs analysis, content creation, facilitation support, and continuous improvement of learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Education Series programs and materials, including internal PS Onboarding Program and General People Team Onboarding with PS.
• Identify training needs through data metrics, process audit outcomes, process changes, performance reviews, and feedback from team members and management.
• Collaborate with Global Process Leads to create content.
• Coordinate and support the facilitation or co-facilitation of training sessions.
• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques such as role‑playing, case studies, and team exercises.
