About the Role
The People Services Advisor will support the People Services HR Business Partner Team, providing HR advisory across employee engagement, performance management, training & development, leadership onboarding, HR analytics, retention strategies, and diversity within Global Shared Services and Corporate Canada. The role also involves handling employee questions, resolving issues promptly, managing day‑to‑day HR operations, and administering HR programs. The advisor will deliver annual HR programs, provide employment law information to managers and employees, build strong relationships, and act as the first point of contact for select groups.
