About the role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and proactive People Partner to join a busy People & Culture team on a temporary contract for approximately 4-6 months.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong employee relations experience to support managers across a diverse organisation, providing expert guidance on a wide range of people matters while helping to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a professional and customer focused HR partnering service across designated business areas.
Advise and coach managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance issues.
Manage a varied ER caseload, ensuring timely and consistent resolutions.
Support and lead investigations, hearings and formal meetings where required.
