We have an exciting opportunity for a People Partner to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting our Residential Division.
This is a true business partnering role, working closely with Managing Directors, senior operational leaders and clinical colleagues to drive the people strategy and support the delivery of key business objectives across the Division. Acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for senior stakeholders, the successful candidate will build strong relationships, influence decision‑making and ensure that people initiatives are aligned with operational priorities, commercial objectives and organisational goal s.
