Job Description
As a People Operations Specialist, you will be a key part of our global People Operations team supporting our employees in the United States, Turkey, and Colombia. This role reports directly to the People Operations Manager. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams such as Talent Acquisition, IT, HR, Payroll, Managers, and Employees to ensure seamless human resources support and an exceptional employee experience. You'll act as a go-to resource for resolving inquiries, improving processes, and maintaining compliance, all while fostering a positive workplace culture.
