We are currently seeking a People Operations Shared Service Specialist to join our vibrant People Operations team. The role involves various aspects of People Operations administration and coordination, supporting employees and managers from both hotels and offices across Northern Europe.

Key tasks & responsibilities:

• Providing first‑level support and guidance to people managers on People Operations policies, procedures, and programs through a ticket system; escalating complex or sensitive issues to the Manager, Shared Services or the relevant Country People Operations Business Partner.
