Job Description
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic support point for leaders and teams, ensuring People & Management practices are connected to the business.
- Serve as a trusted, accessible channel for listening and support, conducting regular check‑ins with employees and coordinators.
- Identify and flag to the Head of People & Management any potential risks related to team climate, overload, or misalignment in the areas served.
- Monitor area metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, performance).
- Support leaders in conducting 1:1s, delivering feedback, and following up on Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Participate actively in the execution of performance cycles, engagement surveys, and action plans.
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes (profile alignment, job posting, screening, interviews, case studies), ensuring alignment with Feel Alive culture and an excellent candidate experience.
