Job Description

As a People Fresh Olive Apprentice, you will be an important part of our People team where you will gain valuable hands-on experience in aspects of People. This apprenticeship is a three-year journey, designed to provide you with comprehensive exposure to People functions and practical experiences.

What You'll Experience:

  • Employee Communication: You will provide important People support to our employees, ensuring that the People inbox is regularly monitored. You will engage with employees, by providing clear professional responses to any queries and guide them towards appropriate resources where required.
  • Recruitment Support: You will assist in evaluating job applications, coordinating interview schedules, and contributing to the selection of candidates.
