Job Description
People & Culture Generalist
This is a fixed term position through to July 2027 and will be located at a site in Sherwood, Saskatchewan. Shifts will be 5 days on and 2 days off. Candidates local to the area would be preferred as LOA, project uplift or Camp access will NOT be provided.
What You Will Be Working On
- Act as a trusted advisor to project leadership, providing guidance on People & Culture policies, procedures and best practices.
- Support the execution of People & Culture strategies aligned with project timelines, workforce demands and operational priorities.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure alignment of workforce strategies with project delivery.
- Support workforce planning activities, including forecasting, mobilization and demobilization for project phases.
