The City of Tea Tree Gully is seeking experienced People Business Partners to provide trusted advice, manage complex employee matters and strengthen people leadership capability across the organisation.
Reporting to the Manager People, Culture and Wellbeing, each role will lead a small team comprising of a People Advisor and an aligned People Support Officer. You will act as the escalation point for complex matters while coaching leaders and supporting the People Advisor to deliver practical and consistent advice.
