This role is Hybrid,Ā Krakow OfficeTheĀ People Business AdvisorĀ (PBA) will have a key role in leadingĀ PeopleĀ Management initiatives across EMEA that includeĀ country specificĀ expertiseĀ in employment law and performance management. Through a comprehensive understanding of HR and HR process they will take the leadĀ or collaborativeĀ position in key programsĀ in the regionĀ suchĀ as Compensation Cycles, Quarterly Development Conversations,Ā OrganisationalĀ Change and restructuring processes and internal mobility in collaboration with Talent Acquisition. TheĀ PBAĀ will effectively advise and support across the business to ensure allĀ PeopleĀ Programs are implemented and deployed consistently across the business while also driving efficiency and creatingĀ a greatĀ experienceĀ for allĀ Cornerstars.
