People and Operations Lead (Pasir Panjang) Job Scope
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (product, engineering, design, operations, etc.).
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring criteria.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Improve candidate experience while maintaining strong hiring standards.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate quality .
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles.
- Support onboarding to ensure smooth integration for new hires.
- Work closely with HR teams to ensure recruitment processes follow organisational policies.
