People Analytics Advisor / Humain Ressource Specialist with Analytics Skills
We are looking for someone with experience in analytics / data analytics.
Period : 6-month contract (Short-term contract until November 30th ).
What you'll bring to the role:
- At least 4 years' of relevant experience.
- Skills in presentation development (PowerPoint) and data narration / storytelling through data visualization.
- Analytics expertise in Excel and data analysis tools
- Experience with PowerBI needed
The main responsibility of the candidate will be to analyze employee performance data to support promotion and talent management decisions.
