Key Responsibilities
Workforce Planning & Strategic Execution
- Support the development and execution of the annual Workforce Plan for the South Luzon region.
- Drive People‑related initiatives and action plans that align workforce priorities with business objectives.
- Analyze workforce trends and people data to identify talent needs, workforce gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Talent Development & Onboarding/Offboarding
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees across the designated area.
- Support the deployment of the annual Learning Plan to enhance employee capabilities and foster continuous development.
- Monitor training completion and compliance to ensure alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Vendor & Manpower Management
- Partner with third‑party manpower agencies to ensure adequate staffing level...
