Job Description
Lead Canada Post's pension programs as a Manager of Pension Strategy and Compliance. Ensure administration, compliance, and strategic development of both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans.
This role involves directing pension program strategy and compliance while managing internal and external stakeholder relationships. With at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in people management, you will work closely with legal and actuarial teams to support negotiations and assessments. Your insights will be crucial to coordinating successful audits and ensuring all pension operations are regulated effectively.
