10+ years of experience in IT
Exp. in defining end-to-end Pega application architecture and design scalable| reusable solutions
Pega guardrails| performance standards| and best practices
Design and implement enterprise integrations (REST| Kafka| APIs| DB| external systems)
Exp. in leading end-to-end SDLC delivery (Agile/Scrum) for Pega applications
Enforce LSA governance standards and guardrail compliance
Able to lead onshore/offshore Pega teams| providing technical direction
Oversee release management| deployment strategies| and environment setup
