Requirement for Real Time Interaction Management for Lead System Architect (LSA) with the following qualifications:
- Hands‑on experience in Pega CDH
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is mandatory
- 5+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development, including at least 2 years as an LSA
- Strong understanding of Pega application design patterns, case management, and integration capabilities
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
