Peer Supporter – Trans Health Program
Position Summary: The Peer Supporter provides one‑on‑one peer support and group facilitation to transgender clients, promotes team collaboration, and facilitates partnerships with service providers. This part‑time role (0.4 FTE) is located at Klinic Community Health in Winnipeg and is subject to a 12‑hour notice period.
