Property Damage Specialist (Personal Injury) | Remote
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Responsibilities
Conduct property damage onboarding and explain the claims process to clients.
Gather vehicle, insurance, and coverage information.
Review insurance coverage, including property damage liability, collision, rental, uninsured motorist, deductibles, and liability.
Open and manage property damage claims with insurance carriers.
Coordinate vehicle inspections, repairs, rental vehicles, and total loss claims.
Assist with settlements, vehicle valuations, GAP claims, salvage, and diminished value claims.
Maintain accurate case updates and documentation in Filevine and internal tracking systems.
Educate clients on their duty to mitigate damages and escalate claim disputes when necessary.
